MONEY RETURN / WITHDRAWAL

If the customer is not satisfied with his order he has the right to return the product he bought from our online store, exercising the right of withdrawal (only if the product meets the conditions for return) and request its return of the price paid or the issuance of a credit coupon of a value corresponding to the price paid, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
The refund process is launched as soon as we receive the product and as long as it is in excellent condition and is completed within 14 days of receiving the cancellation request. However, refunds may be delayed if we do not receive the products or proof of return.
In case the payment method was cash on delivery or bank deposit, the following must be stated:

Delivery time

Thesmia.shop undertakes to ship the products from its distribution center no later than two (2) working days after the completion of the order, provided that they are available. All orders placed on the weekend will be processed from (next) Monday. The products are delivered by courier company to the address chosen by the user.

The delivery time of the order is 1 to 3 days, depending on the geographical area of ​​the recipient within Greece.

There may be delays during discount periods. Thesmia.shop is not responsible for delays that do not arise through its own fault or are due to reasons of force majeure.
